Fall Wellness Journal: 31 Days of Reflection

Slow season is our new fall journal. 31 prompts, one a day, a few minutes each. They cover mental wellness, energy and nutrition, and every page has a quick check in to track your symptoms as you go.

In a 2018 randomized trial published in JMIR Mental Health, adults managing chronic conditions who journaled three times a week reported less anxiety, lower perceived stress and greater resilience than those who didn't, with most of the benefit showing up in the first month. Writing also makes patterns visible, and a month of your own notes on sleep and energy beats trying to remember how October went. Foundational health and lowering stress are our focus this fall.
